Infrastructure Investments Yield Increased
Capacity for InterLegis

E-discovery processing time reduced; growth also includes key staff additions

Dallas, TX – September 16, 2008 – Dallas-based InterLegis, Inc. an innovator of Web-based litigation and electronic discovery technologies, announced today the substantial increase in on- site e-discovery production capacity as well as significant staff additions. The infrastructure build- up now allows InterLegis to process more than double their previous capacity, maintaining the company’s position among the industry’s prominent electronic discovery service providers. As the average size of discovery projects continues to increase, InterLegis is able to quickly process data without sacrificing quality, regardless of the project size.

Among the reasons InterLegis continues to experience measurable growth is the ever-expanding popularity of Discovery360™ DataMapper, InterLegis’ electronic data culling and preview tool. DataMapper is used to reduce data collections prior to processing for litigation, regulatory requests and internal investigations. Corporations quickly are embracing the ability to maintain greater control over their datasets and substantially reduce e-discovery production costs.

“Upon launching DataMapper last year, we expected the technology would improve the discovery process for our clients but we are extremely pleased to see that this technology and its new methodologies are actually changing how e-discovery is done. Fortunately, we have been able to respond to the growth with great agility and even improved quality,” said Kevin Carr, president of InterLegis, Inc. “InterLegis is proud of our contributions to the litigation support industry and is committed to ongoing development of new and innovative tools to further improve the discovery process.”

In addition to recent investments in production capacity, InterLegis has increased full time staff by more than thirty percent in the past six months, including veteran sales professionals in key geographic markets and experienced production staff. The expanded resources allow InterLegis to turn projects more quickly, whether they involve a few gigabytes or many terabytes of data.
